Create a Windows 10 install pen-drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool, connect a USB hub, connect a USB keyboard, USB mouse and the pen-drive. Boot, press F7 to get boot menu, chose to boot from the pen-drive Launch Windows install, during the install process delete all partitions and install Windows normally You’ll end up with a 58 GB partition with Windows taking about 11 GB and the rest free.
