My suggestion you try to drain the battery. Simply put led light or anything to usb. And after that charge it using low amp (0.5A) charger or connect it to computer and USB port.

Left it overnight and try to turn it on. PS. After the batter drain. Charging led won’t blink even you plug in the charger and its normal behavior

I’ve encountered similar issues. And what’s working for me is charge it using low amp charger. I use 0.5A. And the charging light didn’t blink. I left it 12hours and then I press the power button. The led start to blink and the unit turn on.
