also for Y13 try upgrading in Device Manager the following Sensors, from 1.1.1.4  to 1.1.1.5 which can be obtained from the Y11 driver package

Had same touchscreen “touch signal” problem with the Y13 which I did not have on my Y11.

So I checked and compared the BIOS settings, saw FingerPrint sensor was Disabled on the Y11, but was Enabled on the Y13. So I changed FingerPrint sensor on the Y13 to Disabled and that seems to have fixed this issue
