Just came to post back how I fixed it.

 

So, I began trying to activate the Advance Boot Option(F8) via command prompt, but got and error due to multiple EFI system partitions.

 

The trick that worked for me was from this site.

 

Basically, Its saying we need to hide the our Android system partition(and put it back later), so the repair tool can get to on windows EFI system partition

Hi Dennis, thanks for posting that solution. It worked well for me. I also had slow charging issues  at the beginning but it was fixed after I change my cable to shorter and fatter one. Thanks again.
