Since my last video I entered BIOS and loaded optimal settings and after that I have not noticed any audio or video problems. One thing I noticed was that Windows says battery is completely charged but I doubt it. I need to find a way to reset the battery percentage so I can try todos completely charge the battery

December 17, 2016 at 4:51 pm #58837Thx for your help Chris. At this point I will not open the laptop although I am tempted! Doing this will void the warranty so I guess I will just have to wait for gearbest support to propose a decent solution for my case…
December 17, 2016 at 9:35 am #58824Hi. I recently ordered a YEPO 737S from gearbest. Yesterday I first opened it and it does not power on. There is a blue light blinking when charger is plugged in and there is a beeping also. I contacted gearbest and they asked me to do this:
1) Charge the device for at least 6 hours and see if the device powers on normally: please try to charge using the mains AC and also via USB.
2) If this does not work, please use a needle to carefully press the pinhole-shaped hole on the side of the tablet to perform a factory reset.3) The supplier makes an energy-saving protection function for this tablet. After the power of tablet runs out and automatically powers off, the tablet automatically starts energy-saving protection function, so tablet has no response of charging and can’t be powered on.
We need long press the Power button to wake up the battery.
Please connect the power, then long press the Power button above 30 ~ 50 seconds, and recharge 10 ~ 15 minutes, the tablet can be powered on.
Or you can try to reset the system from the link :https://mega.nz/#!xwREyYzD!YohI5bq5Y_ePSxolGJYD6ijJA9Fo_TqAHc6MLHi_uBc
I already charged it a few hours with no success. I tried to do a fcatory reset but I do not think those small holes on the side are reset buttons, because I saw a video saying they are for microphone. Also tried option number 3, but no success. The last option they sent me must have been a joke because that could only work if I could get to access bios which is not the case… Any ideas? Thanks for all the help guys
