I have also the same problem with my Teclast X3 pro and Gearbest proposed to refund me with $20. This is a joke.

Now I am wondering if it is possible to replace the internal battery.

Have not found a solution for the moment. If anyone has an idea.

Can you tell me how you managed to do a clean install of win10 as I haven’t find the way to do it so that install is starting at boot on my usb key ?

I have tried to format my usb key 64gb with fat32 system. But windows does not allow that.

I found a little software to format 64gb usb key with fat32 and I tried to copy all the files from my iso file. But the problem is that one file (install.esd) is bigger than 4 Gb which fat32 does not allow.

Are you sure that this has to be formated with fat32 ?

(update August 7th : I finally managed it by downloading another iso with smaller files. )

No, this one looks to be a bluetooth keyboard with bluetooth mouse. Just look at the pictures with the mouse and you see the bluetooth symbol.
