As far as Windows10 is concerned – I’m not sure why you didn’t just get it directly from Microsoft to begin with (you can download the image, plus the media creation tool for free).
As far as the getting a key, you can try KMSpico like many of us had preinstalled, or ebay, or even https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap.
I’m unfamiliar with the problem you’re having, but if I were in your shoes, I’d download a fresh Win10 image from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 – then use the media creation tool to find a means to install it to your tablet. Once windows is running, I’d then use one of the three options I listed above to “validate” that copy of windows.
Hope that helps, and good luck!
September 5, 2015 at 9:42 pm #10989Holy CRAP. I really actually believed that the screen on that tablet was made of some kind of transparent, softened butter. I was absolutely BAFFLED when I noticed how easily that screen was damaged.
You just made my afternoon. Thanks, for the video, Matan!
Also – what do you think about the screen protector? Good fit? Easy/Hard to scratch?
September 5, 2015 at 8:26 pm #10984Hold the phone. Are you telling me that the tablet comes with a screen protector from the factory?? (Click here to see what I’m talking about)
If that’s the case – then I’ve scratched the screen protector twice, and not the ACTUAL screen – which would make a lot more sense as I was able to make a permanent scratch with a fingernail.

August 6, 2015 at 3:32 am #8731Wow! Thanks for the detailed reply!
So no need to download the Win10 driver pack from XDA? The stylus and wifi and everything are working properly?
This video seems to imply that the stylus functionality doesn’t work.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=August 6, 2015 at 2:10 am #8728I can’t find the site for Windows 10 Pro ISO…
The one that google turned up also said
(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 – is that the one you used?)
“If you will be installing the operating system for the first time, you will need your Windows product key (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx). For more information about product keys and when they are required, visit the FAQ page. ”
What did you use to mount it?
…are you saying that you now have a fully legit Windows 10 Pro? Everything works? (wifi/stylus/etc)
Sorry for all the Q’s! 😀
August 5, 2015 at 11:30 pm #8715I’ll be interested in hearing their response to the dispute – I’ll join in if they seem to offer a solution of some kind.
August 5, 2015 at 8:08 pm #8691For the problem of not being able to download programs from the windows store:
(this also fixed my problem of having everything in chinese on the other MS account)
I found this fix here (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-windows_store/windows-8-apps-are-pending-and-never-download-from/d859c093-ee94-4581-9bdf-95e35f0c9e0c?auth=1)
“go to troubleshooting (press win+w >then type troubleshooting). now a window opens in desktop. click “fix problems with windows updates”. now click next. windows will search for solutions, but it wont find anything. then windows will ask if u want to try in administrator mode. click yes. windows will find and solve the problem. that’s it.”
With that done, I did the following…
First, you have to assign a password and pin number to the default windows account that is on the device. After that, I signed out of, then deleted the microsoft (@outlook.com) account from the tablet.
After that’s done, you can go into the windows store, and try to add a program. It will ask you to sign into (or create) a microsoft account. I just gave it the email ([email protected]) and password from the account I just deleted from the tablet. It sent a code to my primary account to verify, which I did.
At this point, it let me switch accounts, and everything has been gravy (and in english) since.
August 3, 2015 at 6:36 pm #8390Wow i finally recieved … the confirmation on myself that DHL knows my parcel now
But its still in HK. So 1 week and a half before it even got to DHL, that was really my first and last time with DHL
Or the Cube Store is really overdue and normally it doesnt take that long. Idk, anyone ordered also with DHL and can tell me how long it took for them to get the Cube i7 Stylus? I chose DHL, and am on the east coast of the US, the shipment is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
August 3, 2015 at 6:32 pm #8389I messaged them and asked about the copy of windows and got “don’t have original license code” and also “it is official” in the same sentence.

July 29, 2015 at 7:43 pm #7793That’s a good question…
The conditions are similar – you can see in video you showed of BF4 that when the player was indoors, the framerate was, like you said, at 27-35fps. But, when the player goes outdoors, it drops to about 19 fps. (https://youtu.be/wbKvJHyqss0?t=277)
That pretty much lines up with the performance that Chris from this site got when playing BF3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnELuoBd0ek)
The BF4 video you linked says
– Intel hd 5300
– intel core m 5y10
– 128gb ssd
– 4gb ram
– Windows 8.1 proWhile the brands / specs of the ram and ssd might vary some, I can’t imagine that performance will be that noticeably different (though I can’t know that without having both devices) assuming that the games are using the same graphic settings.
Clearly neither device will run that game well (or at all) on the max settings. The trick for both will be to drop the quality of the graphics down until it plays at a suitable frame rate. With such similar hardware, I would predict that both machines would perform very similarly.
