    Peter Rowe I don’t have much advice to offer you but obviously first of all make sure that you have adb installed. If you do, then the next thing you could try is to type the full path to adb in the command you were using. So instead of “adb reboot bootloader” you could try typing “C:\full\path\to\adb reboot bootloader”. You can probably find the full path to adb by searching in Windows explorer for adb. I use Linux and not Windows myself so unfortunately I can’t offer you more advice than that.

    Thank you Oracle_ed! I was able to extract the file you uploaded.

    For anyone else who reads this, the original file may not have been corrupted (I haven’t re-checked though). Rather, I think the software I was using wasn’t able to handle rar files correctly.

    The file X98_Plus_II_TWRP_root_v1.2.rar seems to be corrupted. I can download it fine, but it won’t extract.
