I have send several emails to them and Chuwi (2 months ago and 4 weeks ago) without any respond, if somebody here in this forum can point me in the right direction would be great.

I have HI12 what does not go on anymore, yes tried everything what is in the forums.

Just do not charge and go on anymore, the seller is not responding bought it on aliexpress, can sombody guide me guide where i need to be ?
