Hello Emily! Im not familiar with the chuwi tablet hi12, but i have the version “CHUWI Tablet HI8 Super”. My problem is that evrything works, just that when i wanna open an app or swipe the screen or go to the home page NOTHIING HAPPENS! :O I was hoping you could help me by telling me the case of my tablet i think its frozen.
