“Hi friend Good day. Hope you can try to understand offical window 8.1 just chinese,if chinese version is ok for you, we can give you chinese key valid, pls kindly close the dispute and give us a positive feedback, ok? Best regards” What should i say?
I say go for it… i have been pretty much arguing with them trying to get them to send me a chinese key for the last week..
August 13, 2015 at 7:29 pm #9590they only offered me $25 … i don’t see why it is so difficult for them to just buy a windows 8.1 with bing license and give us the key (which only costs $25).. I have literally been messaging them back and forth about this and they only offer me to ship it back or take the money. I told them I need at least $50 I guess I’ll see what they say or see if aliexpress steps in. If they wanted to sell it for cheap they could have atleast just shipped it with ubuntu..
August 10, 2015 at 11:11 pm #9330Has anybody tried linux on this? M$ is pissing me offf..

August 3, 2015 at 8:48 pm #8403well for $300 i can live with it, but the one from geekbuying is definitely going back I am not paying $60 more for the same illegal copy
August 3, 2015 at 6:20 pm #8388I’m a bit wary of starting something if I haven’t got my keyboard yet, I have sent a message to them asking about the keyboard Also i have noticed air bubbles trapped in between the glass and the LCD they are just small 3-2mm it’s not like the ones that Chris has reported on It has all the feeling of that last tablet I bought from China what a POS that was EDIT: I would say that I haven’t got a shipping number for the keyboard yet !
those are just from the little screen protector film that is pre-installed and peels right off. I am waiting on my tempered glass protector for a $300 New device you really shouldn’t expect gorilla glass.
August 3, 2015 at 6:06 pm #8385that is part of the reason why I am getting the Squaretrade warranty.. Cube themselves only warranty for 6 months..I think for $75 it is a worthwhile investment to get a 3 year warranty
August 2, 2015 at 9:41 pm #8320OK I am going to go back to disputing PayPal to get geekbuying to honor their price match policy I have to say coming from a Thinkpad Tablet 10 this machine is a definite step up the tracking on the digitizer is definitely better especially around the edges. With the money I save I am going to buy a square trade warranty. Considering that the Thinkpad 10 started at $600 this is an amazing deal.. I am betting Cube got a great deal on Surface Pro 2 panels and cobbled this together.. Since Microsoft moved to 12″ and n-trig..
August 1, 2015 at 1:21 pm #8186I am in the same boat as some people here. I got mine from geekbuying with KMSPico used to crack/activate it the key i pulled from keyfinder is a general default windows volume license key which confirms that it is most likely an illegal copy.. I opened a paypal dispute and i still have no response I am going to escalate it to a claim. Basically I either want the price match to the $300 sale plus money to buy a legit key or for them to refund me and give me a shipping label to send it back to them. I have the one from the $300 sale coming so not a huge loss if i go that route. Has anyone gotten theirs with the Android insta-switch?
