Im having similar annoying problems but also getting

-random shutoffs when playing video

-USB ports dont like some flash drives causing random shutdown ,particularly my sandisk extreme 64GB

NINO: When you reinstalled windows 10 did you use ezbook original image or generic windows 10 image

Im also find the touchpad unusually annoying for general use……….in fact its driving me nuts!

1. tried turning them off via options which had no effect
2. Tried out some regedit scripts from windows 10 forums and also useless

I just heard of another app or exe called “skip metro suite” but havnt tried it yet……

Will try it later today and report back

Yes great peice of kit for the price, so far my only dislike is the inability to turn off Win 10 gestures even though I have turned off the settings but no change

My Ezbook arrived last week and so far really quite impressed with performance and aesthetics. Mine does NOT have keyboard flex issue whatsoever and also has toshiba emmc so wondering if it is part of a newer batch??

I use mine mainly for web browsing and working remotely from home or on the move, also used for Steam game streaming and has performed to high standard, battery life is excellent too .
