I received mine from Gearbest as well and the touch pad isn’t working from box.
I tried uninstalling the touch pad drivers&re installing them.
I also tried to uninstall the program that blocks the touch pad using F9 button, I completly uninstalled it.
I didn’t try to reinstall windows, I doubt it will work seems like a hardware issue because it isn’t working from the beginning.
What do you guys think? What should I do? I already contacted Gearbest asking to return the item.
