    Hi Lawrence,

Up to now I had any problem with the configuration I used (except only blue screen the first day). I have the same as you posted but LPDDR3 Device Density=2GB. I did a memtest I “only” I had 3 error vs more than 1000 I had with the default configuration

So, I assume the problem is the dual channel. This is really bad. Next week I will do some more test to find a better configuration.

    Cheers,

Thank you very much for the fast reply.

It is how you told me. I just configured single channel and Windows did not claim at start up! Up to now, I was not able even to start Windows because of a loop of blue screens.

I will continue investigating this issue.

    Again, thanks a lot

    Hi guys,

I bought this tablet some weeks ago. I have many problem with Windows 10 (blue screens). Yesterday, I run a memtest and I found many many errors.  Could it be repaired somehow (i. e.: configuring the BIOS) or the RAM is fiscally corrupted and I should send it back (still in warranty)?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Lawrence,

I have Teclast x98 PLUS II and I have the same problems than you. I had many troubles with Windows blue Screens and so on. I thought I was a problem of drivers, but I was wrong. The problem is that the RAM is defective.

Yesterday, I run a meatiest and I got more than 1000 errors! So now the only I could do it is send it back to China to be repaired, but I want to avoid that.

Could you explain me how to configure the BIOS to use only 2 GB of RAM?

    Thank you very much!
