yes , my fault. but in game i put 1920×1200 and its same problem

yes I talk about windows , but its not normal that tabet resolution is 1920 on 1200. and If in game I will use same resolution it should be ok? here is screen shot of my game in same resolution with tablet.

I have this issue on lock and main screen . In game I dont have this problem. And I have it doesnt matter of reason if its durning gaming or without. Its normal or I should service my tablet?
