Hi, I found this on taobao (basically Chinese eBay/amazon ), you contact the store, send in your mi pad, they open it up swap the ram and emmc, send it back to you. As simple as that, be warned most of these people only speak in Chinese as well as their pages. Your warranty, if there’s any, will surely be voided.
