I have a worse problem. I installed the  Kingspec 2242 256SSD, but Windows can’t see it. Neither appears in Bios.
What should I do?

I installed a 256 Gb ZTC M.2 2242 SSD on my JUMPER EZBOOK 3 PRO, and it is not recognized on the computer (neither in Windows nor in the BIOS). The BIOS version is 5.12 on 06/11/2017.
I bought an external box where I put the SSD and this way the PC already recognizes the disk.
I’m confused. It will be a problem with the Jumper’s native drive.
My knowledge is poor.
What is wrong?
