In case you’re still stuck with a poorly working touch screen on W10, it might be worth your time downloading the ‘Chuwi Hi8 Touch Installer’ from the downloads section and giving that a try. It’s a simple rar with a .bat labeled ‘Install’ and some other files in a separate folder. Basically, you just run Install.bat and reboot. I had the same problem just now and it solved it beautifully. (If the install.bat tells you it didn’t succeed installing, try rebooting anyway.)
If you’re not able to use the tablet at all because of the touch issues, plug in a USB mouse via the OTG cable first. It’ll work just fine and you can use the onscreen keyboard to type stuff.
