as stated, if it’s in the crowded situation (working room, caffee, etc) it’s not noticeable,
but if it’s in a silent room with only Air Conditioner, you can hear the buzz if the display brightness is under 40%.

Yeah, I usually use the 0-25% brightness too, and this is my first time to use laptop that need 40% brightness in room condition due to the buzzing sound
and about the screen border, mine doesn’t have it.
about that screen border that you mention, isn’t that due to the screen got pressed for a long time?
My office laptop have a situation like that too (HP ProBook, old series) and the technician said that screen border happen due to the screen got pressed too much for a long time…
