September 28, 2015 at 8:58 pm #12095Thanks for the replies. So I tried activating the current Chinese Windows 8.1 with the product key that I had extracted from the tablet before I refreshed it. The key doesn’t work. So now I don’t have any working key. Ludwigia Muller, you suggest using MTK 2.6 to activate Windows? What is this MTK and DAZ loader? I googled MTK, I couldn’t find anything about what it is. I would like Windows Pro version because I’m studying electrical engineering and we usually need to do deeper level stuff or use old software that I suspect may be problematic to achieve on the Home edition. Could you explain a little more or link me to a site with more information about how to perform a clean install in the manner you are suggesting please?
You can find all the programs I mentioned at the site mydigitallife including the w 7 and w 8.1 ISO. With good descriptions.
September 1, 2015 at 2:46 pm #10714For w8.1; reload with a Clean iso 8.1 and activate with MTK 2.6
For w10 pro: reload with an w7 ultimate ISO . Activate with DAZ loader and wait for the upgrade to w10 offer from MS
All programs needed can be found at My digital life
August 26, 2015 at 6:33 pm #10419Hi
Best method is to download a clean w10 x64 Iso from Microsoft. MS is restrictive to offer that, but use Firefox or Opera internetbrowser, download an addition to the browser that can simulate that you run another OS than Windows. Eg Linux or Ios.When you have downloaded w10 you can use MS own program to convert to Usb
August 14, 2015 at 8:43 pm #9720Hi
I Followed advice given here to stop the bluetooth. (near frequency band, same antenna) And wifi improved quite a bit.
My recommendation is to stick with kmspico and go for the offer from Microsoft to uppgrade to w10. (I got the offer today and have used my Cube 3 days now. ) The result will be a “genuine” w10, but can theoretically be traced back by microsoft as the installation has not been based on a retail installation.
A non traceable method is to install w7, run a program called loader, and convert to w10+drivers

Had my suspicion about that.Maybe the Bios/slic can be modded, to equal a Cube with legit key.Havent got my 23/7 tablet yet (shipped to overseas today). If somebody with a legit Cube could read the msdm/slic information and post it on mdl/thread: upgrade chinese tablet to w10.???August 8, 2015 at 3:52 pm #9058Maybe…
Cube has a legit OEM key, but agreement with MS is to only use it for the Chinese market.(or Cube cant afford spend keys for the 23/7 sales.)
That legit OEM key can be checked in bios. But I havent got my tablet yet. Maybe somebody could check? Easiest way is MSDM-SLIC-CERT-KEY Dumper v1.6. You can get it from the MDL-forum.
