Unfortunately I bought what I wanted and needed based upon multiple articles I read stating that the HI12 would be a dual operating system when it was first delivered or as an update at a later date. These article were all based upon information provided by Chuwi. When I received my tablet it was in a box which stated android operating system on it. I have several computers running Windows 10. What I need is one that also run Android. Chuwi has mislead and mistreated their early adopter, which is the group they should want to retain. I would suggest Chuwi quickly come up with a way for us to obtain what we ordered without having to be without our tablet for a long period of time while it’s recycled to China. Not a good choice.
