guys the tablet when in windows shot down and don’t want restart (but if i put the tablet on charge ,but it is has more than 50%) after 1 minute ofncharge will restart and when it was in android i have all time prpblem with google play service, every 5 minutes a pop up show on the display

i don’t know why the logo when the tablet is in charge continue his movement……is it correct??(charge with tablet mode off) and stay never to 100% but 99% can someone help me?
