Hi mele, I am dealing with chuwi as we speak ! I bought my chuwi hi10 plus 2 week’s ago from Amazon & I have to I really like this tablet (but) for the last week, the Android OS is freezing up all the time (have to reboot) ! So I contacted Amazon for tech support & we did trouble shoot ,but no success ! So Amazon will except a full return, but I would rather get a replacement tablet from chuwi. I contacted chuwi & they said they would send me another tablet . they want me to pay for return shipping for my tablet,so I told their would be no way would I pay for return shipping! They emailed today & said they would mail me a return shipping label @ no cost to me ! So we shall see if chuwi comes thru !! If not,I am returning back to Amazon for a full refund ! & would never purchase or recommend their products to anyone !!!
