I have the same issue. I noticed that if I leave it on long enough, the blinking stops. It’s annoying though. Still waiting for the seller I bought from on Ali Express to respond.
Sorry just re-read your question and my answer doesn’t help. Maybe try adding the “switch to android” app to the start menu?
There should be an app there that you need to double click on in Windows.
