Jonathan, you right. I check pogo pins by multimiter and how your are suspect voltage between pin is not higher than 0.1v. I starting to suspect that cause of all that usb-problem in high temperature in cpu-area, i use my tablet about one year and for that time the tablet few times went to trottling and hang out also. Now i see the last chance to fix it, it’s to try disassembe the tablet, maybe inside on motherboard i saw somethig wrong in there.)
Yes, PC recognise android, and from android i can flash by fastboot or adb any i want.
But when i plug-in any items by micro-usb->OTG, not keyboard, not mouse, not usb-stick flash drive, do not recognise in android system.

However i think and hope that USB alive, because micro-usb port on tablet working in DnX-mode and in ADB-mode, by this port tablet recognise in my HOME-PC (iSoc driver, adb driver) and can reflash, and this fact give me some little hope that hardware usb controller work fine!) But actually it just my thinking…

2. usb issue start few days ago before i try reflash bios, i don’t know what’s going wrong but i use a tablet very careful and don’t upgrade any firmware, even i use win8.1 and don’t upgrade to win10. And in sunday i found that my original keyboard don`t work, in first case i think that keyboard is dead, but then i try to plug-in externel usb keyboard, result was 0, and than i try to plug-in usb memory stick, and result was the same 0. Ofcourse i have try to reboot my tablet at least 4-5 times in android and than in windows, and result was same – usb not work.
3. Than i try to reflash bios. and first of all i flash it from windows by H2OFFT-W, but usb do not fix, than i try to flash bios from android, by tutorial from 4pda, after that windows don’t booting up, usb don’t work, and i have stock android 4.4.4

So sad, with this droidboot.img same trouble, as i say earlier twrp is booting but touchscreen didn`t work(( and windows not booting(( Jonathan, listen, may be I can somehow apply your usb-fix patch on G1D_S165_205 bios? Because on 4pda.ru (http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=660077&view=findpost&p=41845158) forum i found tutorial to flash 205 bios, but it not reset bios setting to default and usb not work also.
