Hello, Martino. I guess the problem lay in the screen surface, so, most likely it’s not a driver issue. But can you specify what OS do you use?

I heard some touchpads and its mouses can have driver problems on Linux, like in this case:

Otherwise, I recommend you just diagnose your touchpad in repair service point.

I am owner of iPad pro with pencil and I can say with confidence that it’s very comfortable for drawings.
