This is what the device manager looks like with my Jumper Ez book. I did have one problem recently whereby the touchpad refused to work at all after I plugged in an external dvd player.
When shutting down, the blue power light remained on after shutdown. After holding the power button down for ten secs or so it went out. On reboot the touch pad was working again. Maybe not your problem though but thought I’d mention it.
