I updated mine, but no sound, so I went back to 1607. Is the audio working now?

I have a Hi12 windows only with battery issues as well. I found that the problem is windows anniversary update. I fixed it by installing factory (Chuwi) windows 10 and avoiding future windows updates to version 1607.

I did all updates and my only problem is the lower battery, no I only get 5 hours of battery life. I installed facory image and battery went back to normal (9 hours AVG), but windows forced the updates and screwed the battery again. I spent hours trying to fix it, but no luck! Fking Microsoft!

Update: My tablet did some windows updates and the battery life went to hell again…I’m now running version 1607. Fuck!!!!!

Battery bar. I’m experiencing fluctuations, but noticed that the battery still last longer. I still convinced that the problem is Windows 10. My battery still take long hours to fully charge, like when I got the tablet new!

Alessandro, I did it using the 2 USBs and no issues! What screwed the battery was the Anniversary update.

Do not install Windows 10 Anniversary update. It will mess your battery!

Success…my 9 hours of battery are back! ??????

After going back to factory windows image, I can confirm it’s not a faulty battery but a crap Windows 10 update!

Eger, the problem is Windows 10. I noticed that my tablet takes the same amount of time to recharge, but it shows different percenteges of battery power. When fully charged, it shows 6 hours and 53 minutes. After a few minutes surfing the web, it shows 5 hours and 24 minutes. A few minutes later, it shows 7 hours and 15 minutes.

I’m sure is Windows 10 anniversary update. I didn’t have any trouble before that update.

I’m going back to factory today to see!

My HI12 was giving close to 10 hours of battery running it at 10% brightness. After Windows 10 anniversary update I get 5.5 hours of battery life. That update is a pice of crap!!!!

Hananias, when you said reinstalled windows, do you mean to factory one? Did you install the windows 10 anniversary update? My battery got screwed after I installed it!

I’m seriously considering installing factory windows and skip the windows updates!

The issue is the anniversary upgrade! One more time MS deploys a faulty OS. I heard even people with MS Surface are having problems!
