    I updated windows in this way:

    1- downloaded iso International English version

    http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-anniversary-update-iso-available

    2 – copy the ISO file to sd card for at least 16 gb

    3 – connect the tablet to the power supply

    4 – start setup from windows, use the sd card as a disk for installation

    5 – during the upgrade do not download anything

    6 – It takes about four hours

    7 – on restart connect keyboard and mouse

    8 – update touch driver, I used the version attached 16.35.35.760

    It works well but does not change much

    test this driver broadcom wireless version 1.478.0.0

    I updated windows 10 from version 1511 to 1607 build 14393.10 , the only driver has not recognized the touch screen i2c, but updating the driver I solved

    you are right. driver version is 1.478.0.0. had already been reported in the forum, I feel lucky to have solved;)
