I recently purchased a Chuwi HI 10 dual boot with the bluetooth keyboard and wrap around case. I was having these problems and pushing the volume and power buttons seemed to sort of solve the problem but in my case I found it would only flash to the boot screen and shut off. In my case what I discovered is my Chuwi HI 10 is very magnetic sensitive. If the magnets in the keyboard or the wrap around case are anywhere near the back of the unit it would shut down. Once removed it would boot normally but if I folded the case against the back of the unit it would shut down.
