Hi, I have the fantastic instructions about after I had problems resetting the tablet. I load the “tool”, put it on a USB, I select USB as the 1st boot option. However it doesnt auto load from the USB, it just goes straight to a “SHELL>” command line.
Does it have to be a blank USB, a certain size or formatted in a certain way?
