Hi, guys,
did you receive the update from Windows update?
I am still on v1511 and when I select ¨Check for updates¨ it tells me that my device is up to date.
Thanks in advance!
January 25, 2016 at 6:39 pm #23664Hi, Fran,
mine is V200 (i.e. broadcom wifi and black usb3 port).
January 25, 2016 at 11:44 am #23599Thank you! Please, let us know when and how you fix all the current issues (WiFi, touch-screen, G-Sensor, audio, …)
January 25, 2016 at 11:40 am #23598It happened to me once, but after full shut down and power on again, the volume down and up worked as expected again.
January 24, 2016 at 4:51 pm #23518Hi!
I installed BIOS version 603 and Windows image version 1231 (see mega mirror at first post) and everything works now like a charm, right after the installation (no more work needed). No issues after full windows updates installation either.
Wifi is perfect.
My issues with 128 GB SanDisk MicroSD disappeared and now it is always detected without problems.
The tablet turns on at first try (before sometimes I have to try it several times)
January 13, 2016 at 6:24 pm #22229Hello, since the other thread about the 64 bits upgrade (Chuwi H10 32to64bit upgrade [V200] + NEW BIOS and image [V300]) has stopped working, I paste here the answer from Przemo with the link to the new stable 64bits firmware for V200 batch (id 1231) in Mega server.

I will keep trying, but if someone gets to download it please re-upload to some other service (Dropbox, gdrive, onedrive, mega,… whatever)
January 11, 2016 at 11:04 pm #21964I have received, from vclemon (the seller), a new version to upgrade v200 from 32 to 64 bits. Right uploaded today by Chuwi. File is marked with no. 1231 (the link in the first post is for 1215).

I am downloading now, but it is extremely slow.
January 7, 2016 at 7:27 am #21445Hi, Valentín.
Have you tried to leave it charging overnight, then pressing power button more than 15 secs and then trying to power on as usual?
If no windows boots, are you able to enter in bios by pressing Supr in a physical keyboard just after powering on?
December 31, 2015 at 12:13 am #20633Thank you, Laura, for your suggestion about disabling “fast boot” on Windows. I tried it but the issue gets worst, since sd card is neither recognised after full shut down then.
It is clear the driver status saved with fast boot has something to do with the solution of the issue, but it would be necessary to enable it on restart, instead of disabling on shutdown xD
BTW, I have also tested 64 GB Kingston and it works perfectly and does not disappear after rebooting.
December 30, 2015 at 9:03 am #20519I also have a SanDisk sdxc 128GB working. I have transferred several GB without problems.
The only issue is that, after rebooting, it is not detected (device manager says device cannot start) and I have to unplug and plug in again. When fully shutdown and power on again, no problems.
