January 12, 2016 at 7:31 pm #22086It’s impossible to download it… The connection drops constantly. This server shucks…
I will keep trying, but if someone gets to download it please re-upload to some other service (Dropbox, gdrive, onedrive, mega,… whatever)

I’m uploading “C106.CHUWI.S.10.TH2.ZH&US&HK&RU&ES.1231.X64.V200.rar” to this mirror now.It seems that the forum is blocking M E G A links
Edit:
Uploaded. Thanks @swans for linksJanuary 13, 2016 at 9:39 pm #22255Hi!
I installed the new image (1231) thanks to Premzo’s link. Can’t see any difference with the previous version. The wireless Broadcom adapter isn’t working properly.

January 15, 2016 at 4:57 pm #22467Hello guys,
I saw that some of you already tried reinstalling the driver with no results.
When replacing the “43430r0nvram” file, did you delete the “.txt” extension before copying?
This file should not be a text file, so you have to rename it before copying it.
First install the driver using installshield then copy the nvram file and replace it if there’s already a file.
Just rename the “43430r0nvram.txt” file included in drivers package to “43430r0nvram” (without the “.txt” extension) then copy to system folder.Hope that will help…
January 16, 2016 at 7:01 pm #22581I had do all things (install driver, copy/paste .txt, Enable/disable, restart…) 3 times!!

Hi Ilich
Could you explain precisely what you have done to get it to work? I have installed the driver + copied the nvram.txt 10 times and I still can’t have it starting properly
Thanks
January 17, 2016 at 7:13 pm #22766Hi
When you start windows first time, can see in control panel> device administrator, you can see 2 devices with yellow triangle.
install drivers (using the setup.exe),next copy/paste .txt (do not change name), restart
In most cases this dont do anything, you still see 2 devices with yellow triangle.
Enable/disable dispositive, install drivers manually (control panel> device administrator> select device> update driver> USE A DISC option > install driver from folder “only driver”) repeat with two devices.
Restart and see what happened with yellow triangle, maybe now have only one triangle, try to enable/disable device, restart and look device admin.Copy/paste .txt from chuwi and restart, enable/disable…. and finally runs
I can´t remember exactly but are something like that, I hope that helps you
January 18, 2016 at 2:24 pm #22837I did the upgrade a couple weeks ago, but I am just noticing now that the word mobile and other mobile office programs don’t let you edit documents only view them. I’m guessing in the 64bit win10 image chuwi didn’t activate word mobile ..etc.
I could have sworn it worked when I tried it on the factory win10 installation. ( 32bit Windows)
I use Office 2010 so it’s not a big deal just an observation.(Attached is an image of the popup I see when I try and create a new document in word mobile)

With last Bios I tried I have problems. Bluetooth is not reachable anymore! Error code 10. I am sure the problem is the Bios because probably it was not for Broadcom.
Make clarity in the Google drive folders, make related and Broadcom folders to distinguish the different devices.
Thank you.
January 24, 2016 at 9:34 am #23500I used 603×64 and currently 608×64
603×64 bios left me install the driver and get connected, but Windows has installed updates and everything is spoiled
with 608×64 bios I can not make it work
January 24, 2016 at 3:19 pm #23514Hi
I never did succeed on getting the wifi to work with 603×64 bios, Ilich where did you find bios 608×64? Maybe I’ll give it a try.
Thanks
January 24, 2016 at 4:51 pm #23518Hi!
I installed BIOS version 603 and Windows image version 1231 (see mega mirror at first post) and everything works now like a charm, right after the installation (no more work needed). No issues after full windows updates installation either.
Wifi is perfect.
My issues with 128 GB SanDisk MicroSD disappeared and now it is always detected without problems.
The tablet turns on at first try (before sometimes I have to try it several times)
