May 29, 2017 at 12:25 pm #67546Hi there, Thank you for you all to share your experience. Windows sends update to correct the problem of Bluetooth ? Thanks
So far,its worked pretty well with whatever I used on it. Though I think the Logitech Triathlon mouse is a bit wonky. But so far it’s been working pretty well.
Nice ! I will upgraded soon ! Thanks 🙂

May 5, 2017 at 2:18 pm #66550I think it kind of depends on how much space you have at this point. It’s not a question of whether you can update but which update to use. If it were my own device, I would just update it with the Windows Creators Update ( lets call it WCU for short). But…there is a but…Microsoft did announce that there was issues with old hardware updating with WCU. Example being my Bluetooth mouse having issues and I had to re-pair the device. If you want to be sure and just go slowly and carefully, try doing the anniversary update first then the creators update.
I will doing in a short time and i will write of my experience.
Thanks !
May 5, 2017 at 2:17 pm #66549I want also to share some of my experience too on chuwi hi10 pro. The system now feels more stable. I think it boots a little faster than before. The experience of windows now is better! But the best thing here is the space..the free storage space! Before the update was on my disc 16gb free. And now after the update is over 25gb free of storage space!!!! And keep in mind this isn’t a new installation but it is just an update!!! So I still have all of my software apps/games etc on my disk!! Just a tip. I couldn’t download the creators update so many times was hit & miss. Always was gived me an error. So I went on this page and downloaded this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/512a5183-ffab-40c5-8a68-021e32467565/windows-update-troubleshooter
Hi,
You make a update via Windows update, right ?
Thanks
May 2, 2017 at 8:35 pm #66380For that part, I haven’t touched the android to do a update..i’m not too comfortable flashing any part of the BIOs at the moment.
I really needed the Bluetooth works well because i have a bluetooth keyboard.
I contact Chuwi Team by Facebook and their recommend to don’t update a build of windows on my lastest tablet (S/N: 421612xxxx ) 🙁

April 29, 2017 at 1:50 pm #66268Tiago, i just did a small write-up of my Windows Update. Lemme know if you need any help
Hi,
I read your post and i like very much to share your experience. I have an old build of windows 10 (10586 or a 1511). My Question is: if i updated with Windows update, there update to the ” Creators Update ” or update first to the ” Anniversary Update ” ?
Thanks 🙂
April 16, 2017 at 11:58 am #65405Just a small update for now..my hi10plus is updated with the Creators Update
Everything works and is smooth. I’ll do a small write up for it later but the gist of it is..there should be no problems updating at all.
Nice, thnaks 🙂 im wating for it 😉
On my chuwi hi10 pro the creators Update was no Problem and is smooth
You upgrade via ” Windows upgrade ” or you install with an ISO file with the last build of Windows 10 ?
My friend install Windows 10 Creators Update with an ISO file and he can’t make work the accelerator and the Touch. He can install a driver for touch but isn’t calibrate.
April 12, 2017 at 10:39 am #65143Not yet..i’ll probably be installing on the weekends when i can connect an ethernet cable to it. It takes forever wirelessly. From what i’ve been reading on the official Chuwi forums, some people have updated their hi10 pros and hi12 with the update and its pretty safe. As for your slowness issue and the issues i faced when i received my chuwi, i installed “driver booster” and updated all the drivers. Believe me, there were quite a few old and extremely old drivers which were detected. You might want to try that software?
My fear is updating drivers or Windows Update upgrading ( Flash ) the BIOS firmware and its possible to brick the tablet… But my version of windows feels so slow and have some bugs …
There is a way to block the BIOS from flashing ( Upgrading ) ?
Thanks 🙂
April 10, 2017 at 9:29 pm #65033Well, i have a hi10 plus which i’m thinking about installing the update. Works well enough on my laptop but yeah..i’ll probably decide on updating it later.
You already have the creators update installed on the Chuwi hi10 ?
April 9, 2017 at 4:36 pm #64950I have a hi10, my with 1511 but my friend have a hi10 pro with 1607 (anniversary update) and their tablet is extremly slow. CPU is allways at 100% with edge and explorer “eating” the resource.
I dont wanna update my tablet and turn unusable, but my version have a lot of bugs and i needed to upgrade
