A scam, nothing else. We don’t have choice than buying this f***** replacement warranty. They answered no same available although i found in 3 shops, and the 1st seller have the same in warehouse and had never been contacted by AliExpress …
So, be careful before ordering a smartphone in AliExpress : prices are good, deliveries fast …. but a poor customer service which only repeat sentences marketing and a disastrous warranty which lies
