They are not the same value. If you have i7 book, then it might not be wise to upgrade, but if you are buying new only choice is mix plus. Cpu is more efficient and powerful, and ssd is twicr the capacity, if you upgrade i7 book ssd to match mix plus, you get almost same price, for me choice is clear.

Aliexpress has copper shims in stock, any kind. Internals are 99% same. Also techtablets.com made a video of thermal mod for mix plus, no need to do it accorrding to i7 book tutorial.

No need for any gestures, you can see that digitizer registers ghosts touches on the right edge of the screen, all you need to do is apply a very small amount of pressure in the middle area of screen. Best i could get from gearbest, is 30usd refund, or send it back and get a new one in like 2months. Really ridiculous, replacement digitizer alone costs more than 30usd, and its their damn fault for shitty quality control, tablet was damaged on arrival. For anyone intending to buy would recommend looking elsewhere.

that would be great, but problem is i can find digitizer replacemenet on other shops like aliexpress or banggood, but gearbest doesnt have that item, so i doubt they would send me one lol. I wrote to support, awaiting reply now. Anyone have any expirience with gearbest support? Are they usually willing to help or just trying to avoid any responsibility?

So yeah, reinstalled windows, reset all settings to default, including bios and the problem is still there. It was present even during windows instalation, so pretty sure now its a hardware problem. But sending it back to gearbest and waiting for replacement will take ages..  Does anyone have any idea if replacing just the digitizer would solve this? Or can it be lcd display problem itself? And can anyone confirm for sure that i7 stylus, i7 book and mix plus all use same display? Cause i could only find digitizer replacement for i7 stylus.

Sorry but you are very optimistic if you think you’ll get 240 for a used i7 book. It costs 260euro on banggood with code “b2b6b8”, brand new and free shipping.
