Ok i fixed it, if anyone had this problem the fix is go in control panel , option power save and in any profile have to set the clock of processor at 1700 mhz, disable PCI Express Link etc and disable Selective USB shutdown.
I also installed the driver from another site web (original drivers of December 2016) in this forum there is a post called “Driver” and contain it
