Hi dvdfreak thanks a lot. it worked with Rufus. If others want to upgrade please be aware that you have to use Rufus with an SD Card, then put the SD-Card into the tablet, then start the setup from the SD-Card. and put in a power cable into the USB slot as the update takes quite a while (more than 3 hours) and you run out of battery otherwise before it’s finished. Using the USB OTG adapter and an USB stick (created with Rufus) will correctly start the update but will never finish as you run out of battery during the update process and then Win10 switches back to the old version and is not updating correctly best regards Günter
