Would the touch screen driver from tbook 10 fix the inaccurate sensation of Jumper tablets?
October 6, 2016 at 3:03 am #53016Thank you for your sharing.
So you got wifi and touch running normally?
How about sound?
October 4, 2016 at 10:44 am #52623May I know how do you install RemixOS? Follow the RemixOS official installation instruction?
How about the dual boot method between RemixOS and Windows 10?
October 4, 2016 at 12:58 am #52615How does the success mean by? Following the official guideline for installation? Or run the second OS as normally expected?
How does the boot option be? no one-press boot, right? Need to restart the tablet and boot to another OS by entering the BIOS setting each time?
Or the remix OS embedded the dual boot method once the tablet turns on?
For optimization, I am not searching for “performance”. No demanding on high performance with such low-ended spec.
But I am seeking for better battery life, longer power usage; and also how to tune the tablet runs smoother and more accurate.
Perhaps, maybe I am looking for some patches fixing here and there: Wifi strength, speed of TF card read, touch accuracy in four corners, etc.
Thanks!
October 3, 2016 at 7:35 am #52572I didn’t have any spare USB flash drive for the trial.
I searched some Chinese forum mentioning that it will brick the Windows system when android os is installed.
don’t know I should keep trying or not.
September 28, 2016 at 3:24 am #51056I think there are plenty of tutorials instructing the installation of Remix OS, even in UEFI format.
Phoenix OS was considered once. But I found Remix OS would be more like windows 10 system, easier to be used for me.
The tablet would be looked as an ordinary computer. So I will try the USB boot first for testing the usability as:
If it runs smoothly, I would install remix OS instead making a trial on phoenix OS.
Also, I wonder that the micro-usb port is useless in charging. No any percent of power is charged. I am testing to charge 5SE after complete shut-down.
Thanks for your sharing.
September 21, 2016 at 12:25 am #50325I know Vido W10 Elite is good in specification. But it is far from my budget, $250.
Could you give advices? Jumper Ezpad 5SE, Pipo W1S, other tablets, or….just wait for next seasonal products?
September 20, 2016 at 1:18 pm #50253I searched most tablets. This one suits my preference:
- with DC charger
- micro usb
- normal usb
- two-sided speakers
- 4GB ram
- >or= 10.6 inchs
but my concern is its brand. As relatively small company, driver support and QC are questioning. I am afraid of no supporting driver used once Windows is reinstalled.
Also, I would like to install remix OS. Is it possible to make it on ezpad 5se?
Or is there any tablet suits my preference? Would Pipo W1S be my better choice or other?
