    Note that do not delete the local account that is linked to your Microsoft account. If you’ve now locked out, you can reset the local administrator password and regain access to your PC, using a Windows installation DVD:

    Try these steps to access safe mode:

    1. Boot to Windows 10 login screen. Click the Ease of Access icon at the bottom right corner and select “On-screen keyboard“.
    2. Hold down the SHIFT key on the virtual keyboard and don’t release it, then click the Power icon and select “Restart“.
    3. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, you can then access Safe Mode at bootup.

    If you couldn’t login in safe mode, you might need to use password tool such as PCUnlocker Live CD, Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, etc.
