Sven, can i trouble you to take a screenshot of the device manager for the universal serial bus controller of your working tablet?

I believe this is a driver problem but i need to see which driver is the correct one. An example is attached. Thanks for your help.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>My i10 usb port doesnt work after an update by windows 8.1. It was working fine. Now when plugged in, it only supplies power but the tablet doesnt even read the usb device. Any solution to this?</p>
