Mi Gaming Laptop (2nd Ed) Review

The Xiaomi Mi Gaming Laptop is back with a spec refresh with what you could arguably say is the spec it should have been released with in the first place. 8th Gen Intel Core i5 and i7 chips, which at the time of the first models release where actually out and in a few gaming laptops. But for some reason, Xiaomi didn’t use them or have them ready in time for launch.

The model is basically the same apart from the new CPU’s, slightly faster RAM, faster wireless card (Now gigabit Intel wireless AC) and UHS-I SD card readers. The same issue remains, it isn’t the quietest gaming laptop around. But it remains very cool when gaming. So headset recommends to drown out that loud fan noise. My spec reviewed below is the top spec model with the Core i7 8750H six-core CPU, 16GB of DDR4 2666Mhz RAM and the Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB GPU. The review is below and down the bottom of the page you’ll find all the pros and cons of this gaming laptop.
