Problems is that you have to be registered at Baidu to download and I thing that is to much to be done just with Google translate….

If some kind chinesse speaker manage to upload this bios here, maybe we will be able to flash it and get ready to apply the firmware update procedure.

I’m stuck on final part it says please choose after it does it’s thing and reboots with this screen. It has Chinese options so which i choose top or bottom?

Ok well i figured out it was the top one. But now i went in device manager and did the process and still no update after it checks for one.

Of course nothing for A5C6 devices… that really sucks.
I’ll never recommend Teclast devices to anyone. 🙁

One week after teclast had announced about a new BIOS, there is not new BIOS neither a solution for the SD Card problem…

I’m guessing there won’t be a fix for this… Or there is a hardware problem that cannot be fixed, or they have not enough knowledge for do it…

I actually did this a few months ago after Peter said that some drivers updated. A5C6. It flashed something but i figured it was just the windows uefi bootloader. I am on windows only and my tab works wonderful, I have a 32 gb card in and there are no issues. Everyone bitches and whines about the sd issue….get over it! Put a 32 gb card in there and be happy!

I don’t want to gamble on your money but maybe you should try the Kingston 64GB from gearbest. Works for me as opposed to other cards. Cost me around 14 dollars .

I think those who whine about SD cards is cheap brands to be honest. I had zero issues with SD cards. Any ways regrading bios update no one on chinese site yet to upload the new update. Makes me mad we pay money and we get zero official word or any info on how to do it.

You have no idea what your talking about. I was using a 60$ Sandisk 128GB card from Amazon which refused to work and crashed many times. Ironically , the 13$ 64GB Kingston from gearbest works fine.

There is a long , long thread about it. The X98 Plus’s card reader / drivers just suck. That’s all.

I do i use 128GB and 64GB all works on here. Some units are defects most likely. Also i only buy if comments are good on product’s page.
