    Hi, I am looking for instructions to just only re install the Android software. I used the Intel flash tool but it crashes after 5%. Is there something I have to do with the factory Android rom or use a earlier version of Windows as I’m using win10

    you need to replace the file CUSTOM_CONFIG  to the flash tool dir. the file should in the rar or zip file. I attached FYI

    I reinstalled Windows 10 but forgot to leave space unformatted. Do I need to start over or can I keep my data on the Windows partition while creating one for android? Also has it bean confirmed  that an Android 5.1 image exists for the Chuwi Hi8 and where can I download it?
