June 22, 2017 at 9:11 pm #68407Hi, does anyone know where I can get Chuwi spare parts?
Like a spare flexi PCB for a Chuwi 14.1 Lapbook.
Thanks
Barley
July 11, 2017 at 5:22 pm #69035based on the replies from there support forums I’d throw it in the BIN.
They had to the cheek to put the wrong BIOS files not their forums for the chuwi laptop book 14.1 and then ignore our help requests. What bunch of jokers.
At least give us the correct bios file to be able to repair our devices mine was not even 1 days.
I understand they sell at a peanuts profit margin so can not offer free repairs but giving me the correct bios file would cost them nothing. Not a dollar but now they are getting bad press in all the places where I purchased this item until I get the correct bios file.
July 13, 2017 at 12:57 am #69134Well, how could they give them the wrong bios file on their own forum site, that is pretty ridiculous since they are the one who is giving the support.
December 13, 2017 at 10:51 pm #75842Hello there.
I have a Chuwi Hi12 tablet for almost a year now and love it but yesterday, after the 1709 windows 10 feature update the screen turned of, even though the HDMI was working since I had it connected to a projector. No it wont turn on or charge because the red light dosent blink when it is connected to the charger.I have tried the following:– Press the power button for more than 10 seconds– Press the power button 3 times and then press the power button for more than 10 seconds– Connect it to a keyboard and pressing F7 while I press the power button– Tape the power button to be always pressed and connected to the charger for 30 minutes.Nothing works… Can you please help?CheersJanuary 24, 2019 at 10:04 pm #150213I have the same problem. The flatcable makes a sharp bend and is pretty hard to remove from the connector. I wanted to look behind the motherboard to see if something was broken there, since the USB2 port is dead and had to disconnect the power/volume flatcable and it tore. My own fault. But still something that should be fixable. So I asked Chuwi support where I could buy one.
