    well I my touchpad did freeze up a few times today so dunno if it’s not really fixed or if it’s a sporadic problem with this TP.
    doesnt seem to happen that often but when it does I have to reset defaults in the BIOS to get it going again.

    Hi everybody. Could someone with ubuntu installed please upload or sending a link to a isorespin ubuntu iso which works on our laptop? I would really appreciate. Thanks in advance! Btw is there any linux distro with working touchpad and wake/suspend by now?

      It depends on your machine, BIOS version, and Distro+Kernel version.  I had best luck with Manjaro…

    Thought some people might find this interesting. Ubuntu 18.04 Beta 1 works now out of the box. Seems grub64 has been updated. No rEFInd and no respin required anymore.  Also had no touchpad issues at all so far. Kernel is 4.15.0.10. You can find the different flavors on https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2018/03/ubuntu-18-04-beta-1-for-flavors
