    Hi,

    I made a mistake too buying this tablet, i not found nothing about jumper ezpad 4s roms or firmware on internet googling.

    My problem is android crash in boot, i use factory reset, but problem persist, i have use recovery system -> option wipe data / factory reset, and tablet boot in config screen android but crash again.

    Please anyone who could give us info about 4s jumper Ezpad, firmwares, roms, drivers, osswitcher, etc.

    Hi Francisco !

    Is your windows still working properly on your tablet ?

    If it is can you help me out by sending me your drivers so I can try fixing mine with theses ?

    With the programm “Double driver” you can make a full backup of them and this way I could try to restore them on my tablet since they should use the same ones.

    It would be a huge help for me if we could try that.

    And unfortunately my Android died too when I tried to make a clean Windows install..

    Hello Francisco !

     

    Thanks you for your upload and your help but weirdly, it didn’t work as I expected. I have the same issues with my touche screen.

    And my Android is “empty” when I boot android I get the fastboot mode and nothing more..

    Can you please see if you have a Sileadtouch.fw in this directory : C:\Windows\System32\drivers ? I think thats the file I’m missing for the touch to work.

    I have try rom of android and my partition of windows was deleted, installed windows 10 again but have same issues with touch too.

    Try drivers in jumper official chinese page, this link: http://jumper.com.cn/download.php

    tell me if you have worked.

    Please send me image of fastboot mode i need version numbers.

    I tried theses drivers already and they didn’t work.. Did they work with your installation ?

    When I go into fastboot mode there are no version numbers.. Just something like “DnX mode… Waiting for fastboot command”

    Hello Dear friends

    I´d say that, I have the same tablet (Jumper EZpad), and it’s almost new, so I can make a image for you. Can you teach me how do i make that?. I can make it for you this weekend. If you prefer talking, i can bring you my skype or whatsapp. I’ve had a similar problem in the past and I haven’t got help. Sorry for my english.

    If the touch screen is Goodix, you’ll also need to place the touchsetting.gt file in C:/Windows/INF and reboot.

    I get some jumper dump driver files but which version of the jumper ezpad you have?

    The one with intel baytrail processor ( <span class=”st”>Intel Atom Z3735</span>)

    or the newer one with intel Z8300? you can write pm if you want 🙂
