Hello guys,

I have this tablet also (EZpad4s) for a while now, and i have W10 on it which is working fine , my only mistake is that i get rid of android and i should
have did the opposite (CPU is really too slow). Anyway if there is a way to help you guy with drivers, i would be happy to help.

I bought on EBAY the following tablet

 Jumper Ezpad 4SE Tablet PC Windows 10 + Android 5.1 Intel Bay Trail-Z3735F Quad Core 1.33GHz 10.6 inch IPS Screen 2GB RAM 32GB ROM Bluetooth 4.0 OTG 2.0MP Rear Camera Dual USB

 

I was able to use the tablet only three times

 I turned on the tablet and I used Windows 10 to connect to internet via a wifi open connection and worked perfectly.

 I changed Android operating system, and it seemed to work perfectly.

I went back to Windows 10.

I was prompted to activate online Windows 10 but this time not possible to connect to the same wifi network.

I ran Windows 10 troubleshooting.

I received the following error “Missing the winsock component”

I tried to remedy by performing a soft reset the control panel but did not work and the error remained the same

I tried  to remedy by performing a hard reset via the control panel, but the process was interrupted for no apparent reason while the operating system was re-installing at 74%

No longer able to restart and I get the error in photos

Note i am an experienced user, I worked for about 10 years as a programmer and I own two Microsoft certifications.

 I have not made any modding or operations prohibited by the Warranty

I ask:

“What is the problem?”

“How i can fix this?”

“How can I reinstall the Windows 10 operating system on my tablet?”

“How can I reinstall the operating system Android on my tablet”

I notice the following differences with respect to this listing:

The OS  is not Windows 10 64-bit, but the 32-bit version Home

There is no power supply but only the USB cable

look for original image of your tablet on the net, if unsuccessful you would have to make a bootable usb drive, format with (rufus -gpt- uefi), install any windows 32 image on it even if you do not have serial number,  connect usb keyboard + mouse to the tablet, hit esc on power up, boot from usb drive and start installation, during install try to recover your tablet from advanced recovery option if does not work install windows completely, try to recover from there, or just search for drivers and go on with your life, good luck!

forgot: Charge your battery first! Do not touch system partition about 1gb and recovery partition about 450mb

luigi if you find original rom/image for your tablet, reply i will guide you

try to ask company, demand actually, tell them that you need original dual os image/rom, otherwise you can only install windows but without drivers… or you can search them on the internet 1 by 1

Help. I have the same issue. I have the Jumper EZPad 4S with Z8300 cpu. I had to do a clean install of windows. Now I have to touchscreen, no internet, no sound, nothing is working except the computer with a keyboard. I need the proper drivers asap please.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried them but no joy. I opened them and copied to a folder on my desktop then opened device manager and Human Interface Devices then HID-compliant touch screen, update driver and searched in the folder but it did not fix the touch problem. Is this the way to do it or am I doing it wrong?

I got this Tablet for my wife to take abroad with her, she goes on Tuesday, but it is no good without the touch screen working.  Has anyone found a solution to this problem or should I just bin it?

BEWARE WINDOWS UPDATE COULD BRICK YOUR CHINESE TABLET AND MICROSOFT INFORM ME THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THEM. GO FOR ANDROID.

I have now done a clean install of Win 10 and have everything except sound working.  No playback, recording or sounds when I click the speaker icon. Device Manager shows ES8396AudCodec Device but I have not managed to install a driver that works for this.  Any ideas?
