    Thanks, I tried that but no joy also tried all the solutions I can find online but not found a fix.  It looks like I will have to use it with no sound or bin it.

    Hello!
    I bought an Ezpad 4s Pro and arrived in Brazil yesterday after 8 months. I did a clean install of the latest version of Windows 10 and now nothing works. They do not work the sound, touchscreen, Wifi, the screen turns off depending on the inclination of the device, anyway, many problems … Can anyone help me? Is this just missing drivers? Jumper’s official website is offline.
    Help me please!

    Update on my sound problem. I could not get it working and eventually sent it back to GearBest for repair and up to now I have still not had it returned to me despite repeated messages to and from them.  It has been months now and as the Core M units are common now I fear it will be worthless if and when I do get it back.

    Lesson here: DO NOT BUY FROM CHINESE COMPANIES.

    I had to send this back to Bangood to solve the problem. believe it or not it has taken until this week to receive one back from them. It is not the nearly new one I returned for repair but a tatty one with severely scratched screen.  I have been offered 500 points compensation (100 works out about $1.00) which is a joke.   I have listed it for sale at about half of what I paid for it so be warned, think carefully before buying from Asia.

    Wow, thank you, touchscreen issue resolved in my Windows 32bit with “touchscreen_20150731152756_18940.zip”! Installed driver and launched “install.bat” in an administrator cmd!

    Dear all, I hope everyone is well, I needed to format an ezpad 4s 64bit and I’m having tremendous difficulty
    getting the touch screen to work, I’ve already tested all the drivers posted here and nothing works,
    they install normally but the touch screen doesn’t work or doesn’t accept calibration.
