Lapbook 14 (9mths old) battery only charges to 52%

Hello,

I was hoping someone might know a fix to my problem. My Chuwi lapbook 14.1 purchased from Gearbest back in March of 2016. I had planned to do the heat sink mod, and to add an ssd. I finally collected the goods to do when I noticed the battery never full. I’ve since left it charging for days, in sleep, and completely off. And it will not charge past 52%.

I couldn’t find a battery reset tool. And i’m not sure what else to try.

Would anyone have a fix, or suggestions?
